We believe that seeing a dentist should not be a financial barrier for anyone, and so our clients' fees are affordable and competitive. We offer a range of payment schemes for our clients who may want to spread the cost of dental treatment.

Patients will always be assigned to a specific treating dentist and will be attended to by the same dentist, as we understand that patients feel uncomfortable when dentists are changed.

At Crystal, appointments are always long enough to give you undivided attention, to listen to your needs and concerns and so that your treatment is not compromised.

Prior to any treatment being done, all procedures, costs and appointment planning will be discussed with you.

We always welcome nervous patients, and ask of them to speak to us about any concerns they may have, so that we are able to understand and help them in the best possible way. Our dentists are experienced in attending to patients who are anxious and or nervous, and are able to offer help in many different ways.

Our patients are always of priority, we understand that a tooth ache, abscess, accident never call or warn, and so we have dedicated emergency dentists available to attend to out patients.
